Last week, the EB Media team had the opportunity to take part in the 2026 Annual Wesley Open Golf Tournament (opens in a new tab), supporting an organization that continues to make an important difference for children, youth and families throughout our community.
This year's tournament was held on September 21 at Century Pines Golf Club and brought together local businesses, community partners and supporters for a great day of golf — all for an important cause.
Most importantly, the 2026 Wesley Open raised an incredible $107,000 for Wesley Children, Youth, and Family Services.
Supporting Wesley and Our Community
The Wesley Open raises funds to support priority needs within Wesley's Children, Youth, and Family programs, including Wesley Youth Housing.
Wesley (opens in a new tab) provides a range of programs and services supporting children, youth, families and individuals in Hamilton and the surrounding community.
We're proud to have participated in the Wesley Open several times over the years, whether by sponsoring a hole or getting a foursome together and joining everyone on the course.
It's always a great event, but knowing the money raised is going directly toward programs supporting people in our community makes the day that much more meaningful.
More Than a Client Relationship
At EB Media, we're fortunate to work with a number of non-profit and charitable organizations throughout Hamilton and Southern Ontario.
We see those relationships as more than simply building and supporting websites.
Whenever we can, we try to give back to the organizations we work with — whether that's sponsoring an event, participating in a fundraiser, donating our time or finding other ways to support the work they're doing in the community.
Wesley is a great example. We've been proud to support their digital presence while also participating in events like the Wesley Open over the years.
Working with non-profits gives our team an opportunity to see firsthand the work these organizations are doing and reminds us why supporting our clients beyond their website matters.

A huge congratulations to the Wesley team, volunteers, Golf Committee, sponsors and everyone who participated in making this year's tournament such a success.
Raising $107,000 is an incredible accomplishment, and we're happy that EB Media could once again be a small part of it.
