Yes. Plenty of the sites we host came to us from somewhere else. We will look at what you have, tell you honestly whether we can support it well, and say so if we cannot.
Yes, and we handle the move. That includes copying the site, pointing the domain, reissuing the SSL certificate, and checking everything works before the switch goes through. The aim is that visitors never notice it happened.

No, and we do not make it difficult to leave. Your domain, account details, content and data remain accessible to you. If your website is built on WordPress, it can be transferred to another compatible host. If it uses the proprietary EB Media CMS, the platform itself remains with EB Media. We will explain the difference clearly before your project begins.
The service is the same, but registered non-profits receive reduced rates — the same discount that applies to our web design work.
